Vocational  skills development training focuses on practical applications of skills learned, and is generally unconcerned with theory or traditional academic skills. It is a training  that prepares  one for the day to day duties that she will be doing in her specific trade craft, profession or role. It equips a women with her real skills, as opposed to theoretical  knowledge  only. Under  this  we provide training depending upon her particular needs, resources  & cercumstances .
